You built an app with AI.
It works.
But do you know what's inside it?

Every AI-built app is hundreds of choices your AI made without asking: the defaults it reached for because you never got the question. Most you'll never see. Until one breaks something.

Runs entirely in your own Claude Code session. No new AI subscription, no API keys, nothing metered.

The problem

AI can't know the reasons you started building.

Ask an AI to build a task manager and it will, brilliantly. But it builds the most-probable version, assembled from the center of everything it has ever seen. It knew how to build a task manager. It didn't know why yours needed to exist: the audience you saw, the workflow nobody else serves, the reason you rejected every existing option and started building. That reason was never in the loop. So it did the only thing it could: it built the default.

The default might be excellent. It just isn't specific.
Your AI probably built a fantastic app. But did it build your app?

Two products, one journey

From "I'm afraid to touch it" to "the decisions are mine."

  1. "I built an app!"

The small miracle. An idea you carried around for years, real and running in a weekend.

  2. "…but I'm afraid to touch it."

It works, but you don't know why it works. Every change feels like surgery in the dark.

  3. For the app you already built

Code X-Ray: understand what you built.

Code X-Ray reads your finished app and surfaces the decisions your AI made without asking, then explains each one in plain language and asks the only question that matters: is this what you wanted? You end up with two records: a Ratified Record of everything that's built the way you meant it, and a prioritized Gap Record of what you'd change, each gap with the exact directive to hand your own AI to fix it.

    • Explains, never judges. You get questions and options in plain language, not a scary verdict.
    • "I don't know" is a normal answer. Where a normal choice exists, it tells you what that is.
    • Works read-only, beside your app, so it's safe to run on the app you're afraid to break.
  4. For the next app you build

AI Builder Framework: own the decisions from the start.

Clone the template, type /build, and the framework walks you through building phase by phase: surfacing the decisions that matter before the code exists, laying out your options, recording your choices, and stopping for your sign-off before it moves on. The app comes out yours the first time.

    • No more blank canvas. One command starts a structured build.
    • Honest progress: "15 decisions made, 20 to go," never a fake percentage.
    • Every choice is recorded, so six months from now you'll know exactly why your app is the way it is.
  5. "The next app starts with me, not with defaults."

That's the destination: the decisions that make your app yours, made by you, on purpose.

Built to be trusted

Safe to run on the app you're afraid to touch.

It cannot touch your app.

Code X-Ray works read-only, beside your app, never inside it. You can run it on an app you're afraid to touch, because it provably won't touch it.

Your code never touches our servers.

The examination runs in your own AI session, on your machine. What reaches us is a license check, never your code. Not a line, not a snippet.

Works with the Claude Code subscription you already have.

No additional AI subscription. No API keys. No per-token bills. If you build with Claude Code, you already have everything these tools need.
